Here are pics of my TIE Pilot costume. I made it myself. The helmet was bought online from Brian's Toys.  The armor and chest box were bought from Richies Armor.  Everything else was bought from various places including Ebay and the local hardware store.  I sanded down the helmet and gave it a coating of glossy black paint....also changed out the lenses.  I added a lot of little details here and there. The chest box has lights from radio shack that light up and there is a fan in the helmet to help me keep cool. The hoses have "quick detach" fittings that you would use for a water hose. Makes taking off and putting on the helmet WAY easier! I sewed up the holster for the blaster rifle and made fasteners to the belt and leg.  The blaster is a toy painted black.
